Roy is a coach, inclusion advocate, storyteller, qualified mountain training leader, with over twenty years of experience in speaking, mentoring, and experiential learning.
Through BlindManRoy and Moor, Mountain, Grow, he creates spaces where people — especially those new to walking or navigating outdoor paths — can build confidence, connect with nature, and grow together. His work is rooted in lived experience, quiet resilience, and a belief that movement can transform lives.

• Experienced in working with people with protected characteristics or low self-esteem
