Who Moor, Mountain, Grow is for!
We are aiming to attract people like myself, registered with severe sight-loss. Keen to learn new skills to help gain confidence to walk on a Countryside path.
We are open to here from other disabled people living a life of change and wish to join us.
I understand the importance of our partners and support workers and offer, for free a place. They will not only get to learn , walk with us. They get to buy a drink in the countryside boozer when we walk to one.
One day course, to meet the trainers and other curious beginners. Learn how to locate your position on a map. Seek the Exmoor pony and wildlife around.
The day finished with cool glass of ginger beer or cider.
One Day introduction course £90 per day.

Anyone with a protected characteristic that wants to build their confidence in going into the countryside.

This course is your chance to meet us in real life, stretch your legs on a full day’s hiking, learn new skills, and round it all off with a well‑earned visit to a country pub.
It’s a course that flexes with the mountain and the moment.
No rigid timetables, no forcing the landscape to fit the plan — we shape each day around the weather, the terrain, and the people who walk it with us.
You’ll gain a wide array of practical skills. The needs of the group and the rhythm of the trail will guide you. Once we receive your form, we’ll get in touch. We’ll chat through what you’re hoping for. We will also confirm the payment details.
This course is designed for people interested in gaining access to the countryside. They do not know where to begin.
