Over three days, we’ll journey across the beautiful landscapes of Exmoor and Mendip. These hikes follow low-level terrain and accessible paths, offering a safe and supportive environment for learning, reflection, and growth. Each session is tailored to your ability, energy, and availability—so whether you join for one day or all three, you’ll be welcomed with warmth and encouragement.



This isn’t just about walking—it’s about walking with purpose. Each day blends outdoor activities with practical skill-building. You’ll learn how to read the land, use maps, and navigate with confidence. You’ll also explore how movement can shift mindset, spark motivation, and open up new possibilities. The coaching is experiential, inclusive, and designed to support a wide range of needs. You’ll get guidance in small groups (1:5 ratio), ensuring plenty of personal attention and space to ask questions, think, and grow. The sessions are relaxed and fun, with time for photos, conversation, and quiet moments. Whether you’re here to build skills or simply enjoy a day out, you belong.
The full three-day series is £330, with each additional day priced at £90.. The cost includes the use of maps, camp stoves, personal support, and continued guidance beyond the sessions. We believe in transparency, so everything is broken down clearly—no hidden extras, just meaningful experiences.
